Scored my first victory with the contractor today. Sometimes it's a matter of who can wear the other one down first. I've gotten early gain, but I'm sure it's going to go all downhill from here.

Hopefully after the holiday we will have a signed contract and I can start blogging about this. Until then, it's technically vaporware.
