Needs improvement.

My project hasn't even started yet and my husband is taking the contractors side.

He says I have an "eccentric way" of communicating. How so I say?

Him - you tend to leave out large important parts of information.

Me - I can't really deny that's true.

Then he asks if the contractor is married.

Me - Why? Do you think his ability to communicate with me depends on whether he's still married or not.

Him - yes.  Guys that are still married have developed ways of "communicating" with women. Guys who are divorced don't give a shit.

Me- But I think I'm pretty good at communicating with guys!

Him - You are pretty good. But you still have flaws. Married guys will find you a dream (which doesn't sound as right in text honestly) Because to most women you are a dream, but......

It's hard to say he's not right.

Update - Mr S. reads my post and says - the only thing I would change about that is, I didn't say you had flaws.

Me -  I know, but what I heard you say is that I have flaws.

Him - I know that's what you heard, but they are only differences.

Me - wow..... you are really back peddling there.

Him - I'm not back peddling - they are just differences.

This is fact. I communicated well while I was married, but once I got divorced I honestly quit giving a shit. lol

  2. Well, here's to hoping he's not only married, but happily married. This is a complex project.
