The first thing I did last night when I heard about Kathy Griffin was run over to Syrian twitter to see what people were saying. And wow were things especially brutal. They were pasting her head on pretty horrible scenes of atrocities. Made what she did look really tame by comparison. I'm sure she didn't expect those images to show up in her feed.
