I was hoping that you would go and bring us pictures. Definitely lots of interesting things to look at. #1 How was attendance? Is the bay area convention scene boom or bust right now? #2 When are we going to get to see a photo of you in costume? Df
ReplyDeleteI'd say the conference scene is pretty miserable right now. I'm not sure if I've seen it this bad for a while. It's pretty frustrating. Even Fanime seemed less attended, but the costumes were ~way~ better. Though I'm not sure if it's always been three days. So.... maybe that's why it seems different.
ReplyDeleteYou don't need to see me in costume - you've seen me in real life. Maybe one day I will do a Sia type thing to see if it would mask my closet shyness. But in general... I'm not a fan of a lot of attention it would bring. So I'm not sure which way it would work. If it would make me feel free or freaked. Maybe I should just drink more, but people take a dim view of that in the middle of the day. They act like you have a problem or something.
