I can see that more than half of my audience is like - WHO the eff is L'Oreal!? To that I say - exactly!
You know this is awesome because their videos are filled with vague word salads which mean absolutely nothing. But hey - they are running an incubator Yo! They are hip.
I'd also just like to point out that their "management structure" is very "Silicon Valley" right now. It's like an upside down triangle. A heavy layer of management at the top, and just one or two "engineery" (yes that is a word) people at the bottom.
