This was broken safety glass. Everyone is trying to be douchey and recycle everything. Yet they wont let you toss bottles into the ocean! Which is really the affect they want. At first you think it looks neat. Then you think some kid is going to come through and get cut up and sue you.
This was another case of people using broken glass as a ground cover. All those dark pieces are broken bottles. Seriously. And wouldn't you know it, kids were picking it up and throwing it into the pond right next to them. Broken glass is like a child magnet. Duh!
Is that a dare?
