I doubt very highly we will get to negative rates. Obama tried. But it is notable that they are putting this trial balloon out.
It's just really sad to see the Democrats have hollowed out this country so deeply, that who knows when we will be able to turn off this spigot. Until then, no one knows what is real and not real.
All I know is that last time the government made me think we were going into negative rates - I wound up with a nihilist Audi. I'm not doing that this time.
