Really? No affect on GDP?



This is what a standard weeping willow looks like around here. I'm posting these pictures to demonstrate the depth of the drought now. I generally think trees can take a lot of abuse and come back. Hell - you can set them on fire and they come back. If trees this old and big are showing such distress, what do you think is happening on the ground? No landscaping is being planted. Absolutely no crops are being planted. People are losing everything in their yards. Landscapers are definitely losing work. OH! But the drought is actually having a benefit. No foolies. On invasive bamboo. The eventual cost will be much more than just crop loss.



Some trees have already shed their leaves. Some are starting to turn fall colors. It tricks you into thinking we might have an early winter.
