Don't go tits up until my refi goes through. You see... in the new America it takes 3 months to get a refi though. With the same bank that currently holds the mortgage. I'm not even changing banks!

Ah - I remember the days when you could close a sale on a house tip to stern in one month. Inspections - everything. Now, for some reason I have to hold my breath that the economy doesn't fall off a cliff before April.
