Am I the only one who thinks it's fascinating that retail sales rose exactly the same amount as inflation fell? .03%.
It only makes me believe more that gas prices are the only thing fueling this rally.

Hmmm. Is it really a price war or does the new station just not have any old inventory? I can only assume the others do, because opening a station shouldn't have that effect in this day and age.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen the same thing in any cities other than the one? I mean, prices are going down here, but not price war down.
Eventually lower gas prices should lead to lower food prices. It just takes longer to catch up. If it doesn't - that will also be an interesting data point.
