California does it best!

Sacramento region sees sharp drop in million-dollar earners.

"The number of local households earning more than $1 million has fallen 40 percent since the start of the recession, according to new figures from the state Franchise Tax Board.

About 850 households in the Sacramento region filed tax returns in 2010 listing more than $1 million in annual income, down from more than 1,400 in 2007. The local drop in millionaires outpaced the statewide decline of roughly 25 percent."

The socialist economy is coming along quite well actually. Only they have much less people to tax for social services. Ooopsie.

Do you see those numbers? 40% less millionaires? That is stunning. Although aside from the large migration of large businesses out of Saci, I'm guessing the rest were right on the cusp of a million, and decided to fall under it so they didn't get taxed more.

If President Money Bags gets a second term, maybe little kids from all States will sing songs about giving up having hopes and dreams. Here.

I came from the system PMB wants to instill, and all I could dream about it running away and becoming rich. It's a good thing kids these days don't have all that pressure.

  1. What do you suppose happens to people with that much discretionary income, when the place they live wants to take all their cash?

    They move somewhere else. Duh.

  2. Oh no! Government only thinks they can nudge you into good behavior. Never bad behavior. In their opinion. Like moving away to avoid being robbed to prop up fiscal abuse. Like this Bell California clone, for instance. Here.
