I don't think I've seen rain since Vegas. So I'm not sure how long things are going to stay green. But for right now things are getting pretty. The hardware stores were packed today because it feels like summer. I had to get supplies for a project I'm working on and the parking lots were full.

"Why do you take so many photos of electric power lines and towers?"
ReplyDelete"I'm pretending to be a 1960s Japanese tourist with a really fancy camera."
"OH!" :-)
Oh.... just wait till you see all the crappy places I show you filled with wildflowers this year. By the old nuke plant....the new housing development. But I do kinda like the geometry of power lines sometimes. They can be ugly...unless you put a bunch of flowers underneath.
ReplyDeleteI'll see if I can find some of my old photos ...
ReplyDeleteThe locals in some places don't plant flowers under power lines, they plant gardens and crops instead.
