Gasoline prices may be about to spike.

I see the army of shallow thinkers are out in force today. This article basically says that the refineries are going into maintenance mode which predictably would cause oil prices to rise.
However.......at this particular point in history- it will also cause the glut to increase. If they aren't refining as much, that oil is going to have to be stored somewhere. I guess. That is going to put an extraordinary pressure on the price of oil.
