Nothing matters until it does.

I would be lying if I didn't say I was really disappointed in my party. Everyone acting out was a complete distraction that could have been used to tell these dummies the good things Trump has accomplished. Like save their houses. I don't think the Republicans did anything to help Trump. It's really frustrating.  Everything he has done is going to be wiped out. And it turns out the swamp was just vacationing in Cancun.

This economy is so effing levered up, and backdoor Bernie is going to raise taxes on everyone. And I'm gonna laugh when people start losing their houses. Because they should have thought of that shit.

Student loan delinquencies are lower than before the pandemic. As are credit card delinquencies, car delinquencies, and foreclosures. Credit scores have actually gone up! Read:

In the housing crisis of the Obama years - that didn't happen. He was happy to give money to the banks and let them stall out the process for helping borrowers.

I thought I'd post this handy updated QE chart contributing to ALL of this shit. I'm sure everyone put that extra money they got under Trump in the bank for hard times. Right? Said in the most sarcastic way. I already know the answer.

Additionally....if the Democrats didn't like how Trump was handling the virus... just wait and see. Trump was able to pivot quickly to circumstance. Dinosaur Joe and all his retreads just makes me shake my head. But you have to deal with things as they are - not how you want them to be.

Trump rolled in on a wave of enthusiasm and populism, but he was never really one of the Geriatric Old Party.

What you're now noticing is how Circle D and Circle R were not just playing a rigged game, but were taking turns with who would be in the White House.

Every US Presidential election has been rigged in some way since 1960.

Trump threw the GOP into chaos and they had to hold on in order to ride into power.

But these people got super-scared when it started to look like Trump was going to drain the swamp by first napalming it.

It's still not over despite what the demoralization crew in the mainstream press wants.

Even RTS is in on it here, BTW, pretending Biden's the next US President when the matter hasn't been decided legally yet.

    Don't.

This could get really ugly really fast.

I would be treating tenants with good vibes and whatever help can be provided, because if things get really, really ugly?

You may wind up needing those tenants to help with protecting your property.

Don't get me wrong - I think he got robbed - I just don't think it will matter. We aren't as much demoralized as we are just accepting reality on the ground. Until I see something that is measurably going to make a difference this is all just political theater. Ron Paul style. Our consolation price was Rand. As I said - I am a rip the pandaid sort of person. It's better to start adjusting to reality easy before the crowd wakes up.

I ~always~ treat my tenants well. These ones I've had for about 4-5 years now. But I'm insured to the max just incase.
