Aston.

I'm pretty bored with Aston's, but this is a new one I hadn't seen yet. I don't love the back. In general I'm pretty tired of all of the fins. And ......I never thought I'd say something like that.

So - they have REALLY gone too far.

    A suggestion: drive one.

Some older Astons are coming down in price by quite a lot, and so they're not really an "expensive toy" anymore.

Several of the models have a top speed in the 180+ mph range, BTW.

You can make fun of the little fins that help keep the vehicle securely planted on the road when you're doing 170 mph running circles with it on a race track.

    Until then, you're just a spectator. :-)

  2. Don't think a Nihilist Aston hasn't crossed my mind. But for now I'm still in love with the Audi. There is no greater joy than to go over the magic line and watch that wing go up in your rearview mirror. It makes you happy ~every~ single time. It makes me happy right now just thinking about it.

If I was going to get a nihilist something, it would have to have a retractable wing. Just ~having~ a wing doesn't give you the same feeling. And they can keep those silly flares. The Aston will still beat my car, but it won't make you as happy. Google it!
