Junk art.

I was poking around for inspiration and wound up in Sebastopol today. Well, mostly I was wanting to visit an architectural salvage/lumber yard in Petaluma, and figured I'd hop over to the block in Sebastopol that has all these junk art pieces. It had been a bunch of years since I'd been up there.

They were still cute and made me smile. The lumber yard was just okay.

  1. I lived in Sebastopol back in 73-74. Very rural then, it's a little different now.

  2. OMG. How many people lived there?! It's still pretty decently rural. I think the population is like 7000.My city has like 90 grand. I was checking out all the rundown farmhouses and wondered if I could live there. It did look like other people are having that same idea. You could see a few mansions popping up. I wouldn't build a mansion though. It's just too much space for me. And I don't own a pool table. LOL. It seems that every mansion has to have a room with a pool table in it.

  3. The downtown & the crowded roads are what I noticed.
