I had to look it up... a Ghost. Parked on/in a handicapped spot
ReplyDeleteHe had a permit. But I'm not going to try and convince anyone that those weren't a bit of a status item for a while. You saw a lot of Ferrari's with permits. But I think they cracked down on it a little while ago.
