Commies.

"A proposed Assembly Constitutional Amendment by Assemblymen Kevin McCarty, D-Sacramento, and Phil Ting, D-San Francisco, would create a tax surcharge on California companies making more than $1 million so that half of their federal tax cut would instead go to programs that benefit low-income and middle-class families."  Source.

Huh... through out the whole Obama administration rich people kept saying they would love to pay more in taxes. Of course it was because they knew higher taxes would hurt you more than them, making them more of a monopoly by crushing all other small business.

You don't think they were lying do you? Said in the most sarcastic way. Because now California seems to think they need to make a law to confiscate half your money.

I especially love the next paragraph because it makes no sense. Rich people aren't going to pay these new taxes. A mean, a million dollars isn't really that much these days in a state like California if you are a business. It's the people in the middle.

"“Trump’s tax reform plan was nothing more than a middle-class tax increase,” Ting said in a statement. “It is unconscionable to force working families to pay the price for tax breaks and loopholes benefiting corporations and wealthy individuals. This bill will help blunt the impact of the federal tax plan on everyday Californians by protecting funding for education, affordable health care, and other core priorities.”

I guess all those illegals are not really contributing to the tax base all that much.

  2. I don't think they care one bit about rich people leaving the State. The only reason they care is because THEY are the 1%, and this tax hits them. It's the only reason they are squirming. But I am happy that something has finally even begun to touch them.
