Wow California - what is up with the air quality?   I didn't see a mountain range until I hit Tehachapi. When I got to Fresno I could kinda tell there was a range out there because you could kinda see snowey tops. From the Bay Area all the way down.  How can that be possible? I'll try to upload some pictures tomorrow. We were on burn bans up there because of the stale air. But wow. How can the move not move for hundreds of miles?


I'm not in Vegas yet. I'm hanging out in Barstow - because, why not? I'm gonna find out how much it costs to live here tomorrow.
