Well - the crap shack is ours.

I'm having stuff done on it today. So I wanted to start posting some "before pictures".

All the junk is pretty much gone as you can see in this post. I'm guessing Countrywide spent around 1500$-2000$, just removing the contents of the house.

  1. I like your palm tree. When I was a kid, my dad used to grow them in our front yard and would then sell them to nurseries. They are a lot more expensive then you would think. They are really popular in Southern California, but you don't see too many yards with palm trees in the Bay Area. I'd tell you to put Christmas lights on it, but getting up and down is a little tricky. Good luck on the new pad. I hope your cable install goes better then your first one.

    I chopped it down today. It made the house look small. And it wasn't one of the good pricey ones they pay you to take away.

    Plus, we couldn't get a crane in due to the power wires.

    I guess everyone loves those palms but me.
