I bet most people thought I was just exaggerating about the people who camp out in the fast-lane and don't have anyone in front of them for a mile. Interestingly, if you start taking cell phone pictures they move out of the way.

That was an artificial pocket. While it wasn't bumper to bumper yet until you hit the over-pass in the distance, it looks more empty because the guy in front of me had so much space. Plus it was Halloween, so traffic did seem much lighter that day.
