Todays hysteria includes the price of avocados going up by 20%. Which is stupid. California is out of the drought. Farmers will get water this year or there will be hell to pay.
I'm guessing farmers supported Trump by a large margin. All along HWY 5 they all have signs saying so. I'm guessing in general we will be importing less fruits and vegetables because we can grow things again. When your farmers are getting a 0 percent water allocation you start buying from Mexico. No one could have predicted we'd pick up so much water in one year, but we did.
Also, I doubt we are going to be much impacted by not being able to buy Corona as cheaply. I mean, everyone knows there is a craft beer fad going on in the US. Right?
