The economic cheerleaders are in full force today. Everything is fine doncha know.
Price cuts have finally hit my city. It started in the million dollar houses and has spread to anything on the market longer than 30 days. They started around the beginning of May.
You could see inventory was building in San Diego. Then Sacramento. Now it's spread here.
Back into the great unknown we go. Only this time - they have very few tools to stimulate an economy.
