For the last week, it's been noticeable that people seem to be driving less. There are still a lot of people out and about. They tend to be clustered up though, and often you can look long distances down roads and see few cars.
Last week the market was just happy because we didn't have as big of a stockpile increase. We'll see what they say this week. And when did that become good news? "We are floating on oil". We're just happy we aren't floating on more.
