Still, I'd like to know how a gift card - shipped from NJ (not even the state I live in - California) can't make it to Ohio in 3 days. I'm pretty sure even the post office could have accomplished that. Oh yeah - did I mention I paid 5 extra bucks for 2 day shipping?
As a single incident - this wouldn't mean anything. But it is a gift card for f's sake. Not that complicated, people.
Have you tried contacting UPS? They may give you a full or partial refund since it didn't make it when it should have. When I used to work, any time they didn't make a red or blue delivery we got a refund except at Christmas.
